What would be the proper way to write the posessive form of Lewis and Clark? Lewis and Clark's?

If they both possess one thing, then yes.

"Lewis and Clark's expedition"

If they both possess separate things, then no.

"Lewis's and Clark's wives"

Though for something like that, which sounds somewhat awkward, it may be best to reword it.

Gotcha. This guy titles all his paintings "Lewis and Clark's..." and then names the location he painted.  So that sounds right.
