Ugh. They're all so ugly. I picked the least ugly one (just one extra apostrophe). Personally, I'd try to avoid using the possessive forms of such names if at all possible.

I would go Latin and say "The horrid food-like products of the McDonald's Corporation."

Latin used to have a real possessive case like English. Romance languages mostly don't, though. But yeah, that's what I meant by avoiding the plural form.

You could always claim that it's an attributive noun instead of a possessive.

And sometimes English is great because it allows you to be efficient (read: lazy).
