I don't remember being taught this in school. What's the plural form for "Barbie"?
Is it Barbies or Barbie's? Or Barbi?

The first.

Thank you so much! It's for my autobiography in English class.

Hmm . . . well, the moon does look a little bit blood-colored, and I see stars falling from heaven, but otherwise, no. Why do you ask?
But anyway, yeah, Hobbes is right. Usually, only letters (and maybe numbers) need an apostrophe to form the plural.

I respond to this:
Why do you ask?
With this:
Hobbes is right
